This is a great opportunity for coaches to ‘fine tune’ and add the skills which are particularly important when working with teams. This fun and interactive session will introduce you to a range of interventions and techniques for your coaching toolkit.

In this interactive workshop you will walk away with;

• The ‘Top 4’ key competencies you need to coach teams effectively;
• A simple formula for Team Chartering – what it is; why it’s important and how easy it is to do!
• Experiential Activities to introduce, energise, break through problems, shift team dynamics and help teams achieve their goals – without ‘role playing’ (most people hate it!);
• Understanding of the impact of behavioural styles on team dynamics – the benefits of profiling and how to use this constructively with teams.

Caroline Cameron is an experienced coach and change management specialist who has been helping teams to set and achieve their goals for over 25 years. A self-professed ‘change junkie’, Caroline specialises in helping others overcome their fear of change and break through barriers to turn possibilities into reality.
